Guar gum is a highly versatile, natural thickening and stabilising agent. Pakistan is the world’s second-largest producer, accounting for roughly 22% – 25% of global production. It is heavily utilised domestically in food manufacturing, textiles, and cosmetics, and remains a major national export.
